Radhiben of village Rohaniya Mehji of Sajjangarh has ive members in her family and possess 2 acres of land. The traditional agriculture in absence of proper guidance was not suficient to meet the livelihood of her family and the entire family used to migrate to the cities every year. She got the training on high value crops under the support of HDFC Parivartan project and her family started cultivation of vegetables in 0.5 acre of land in three seasons in a year and her annual earning now is `1.27 lakhs as detailed below; The success of Radhiben became a source of inspiration for other families of the village and so 25 other families got motivated to adopt similar intervention bringing a positive shift towards selfsuficiency and economic stability.
